These are so cute and fun to make. They make an excellent pre-prepared breakfast or a grab and go snack. They are also fun to make and a great recipe to make with young kids.

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg
Any fruit you want!
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter and honey.
stir to combine. (this will form a crumbly texture)
add egg, stir to combine. (if needed, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach a moldable texture).
Spoon oat mixture into a greased muffin tin (this recipe makes 8 granola cups).
With clean hands, mold dough around the edges of each cup.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Remove from muffin tin.
Spoon yogurt into granola cups and top with preferred fruit,
