Simple Miso Soup

A super simple, protein packed side dish that comes together in minutes!



Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons miso paste (I am able to find this here in Cache Valley at Smiths Marketplace)

  • ½ nori sheet

  • ½ + ¼ cup cubed tofu

  • ½ cup chopped green onion


Directions:

  1. Measure water and pour into a small pot.

  2. Place over medium heat.

  3. Add miso paste to water and whisk until combined.

  4. Cube tofu and add to soup.

  5. Slice green onions and add to soup.

  6. Using clean kitchen scissors, cut nori into square pieces and add to soup.

  7. Heat until desired serving temperature.
