Protein Pizza Crust

  • 2 cups flour (I used a gluten free flour substitute)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • ¾ cups plain greek yogurt

  1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees

  2. in a large mixing bowl add, greek yogurt, flour, and eggs. Mix until well combined and a dough forms. Add water as needed

  3. Add garlic, basil and olive oil, mix until combined

  4. roll or flatten into desired shape. Aim for about 1/4 inch thick

  5. bake for 5 minutes

  6. remove from oven and add desired toppings

  7. bake until fully cooked, about 10 min (this will depend on your toppings, pan and oven, be sure to check on it regularly)
