Buffalo Chicken Wrap
These make a super simple, high protein and low calorie meal prep or lunch on the go!
Ingredients:
1 tortilla (I used gluten free tortillas but for my husband I used Xtreme wellness high fiber wraps)
2/3 cup shredded chicken
1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
3-4 tablespoons buffalo sauce of choice
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
Directions:
in a bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, stir until chicken is evenly coated in sauce
in a small bowl, combine yogurt and ranch seasoning mix, stir until well combined
spread yogurt-ranch mix across the middle of your tortilla or wrap
add lettuce over top
add chicken
roll like a burrito but folding in both sides over fillings. Then, lift the bottom edge and roll it over your fillings tightly until you reach the end of the tortilla
