Buffalo Chicken Wrap

These make a super simple, high protein and low calorie meal prep or lunch on the go!


  • 1 tortilla (I used gluten free tortillas but for my husband I used Xtreme wellness high fiber wraps)

  • 2/3 cup shredded chicken

  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

  • 3-4 tablespoons buffalo sauce of choice

  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce


  1. in a bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, stir until chicken is evenly coated in sauce

  2. in a small bowl, combine yogurt and ranch seasoning mix, stir until well combined

  3. spread yogurt-ranch mix across the middle of your tortilla or wrap

  4. add lettuce over top

  5. add chicken

  6. roll like a burrito but folding in both sides over fillings. Then, lift the bottom edge and roll it over your fillings tightly until you reach the end of the tortilla
