Corrective Exercise

​Many muscular and joint pains are due to imbalances in strength and/or mobility. Often these can be resolved with the proper treatments. I work with clients with issues in the feet, back, knees, shoulders and everywhere in between. Movement can be medicine.

Weight Loss

While weight loss is done mostly outside the gym, regular exercise and muscle growth can help you reach your healthy weight loss goals. Strength training is also an essential part of maintaining muscle mass while looking to lose weight.

Muscle Building

Building muscle is hard work. Luckily it's also simple work. We will stick to the fundamentals and get stronger together!

Training for Older Adults

As our bodies age, the need to retain muscle mass becomes increasingly important. I believe that fitness is the key to a full and fulfilling life throughout each phase it offers. Resistance training with an experienced and qualified professional to guide you is life changing and renewing. I believe that the greatest gift I can offer is the ability to live more freely outside of the gym. If that means retaining or regaining the ability to sit on the ground with young grandchildren and get back up without pain, enjoying active hobbies, or even managing daily movement with more stamina, that is our goal.
