Course Description

- January 10th - February 16th

- Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 am


This Course entails a 6 week fitness program including:

- weightlifting

- Boxing

- Circuit Training

- Breathing exercises

- Mobility assessments and drills


Self Confidence and Body Image


This course incudes:

- an individual workbook to log fitness progress and provides exercises to improve confidence

- exercises and affirmations to improve body image and self compassion
