Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

This recipe makes it easy and fast to get your protein and complex carbohydrates in on a busy morning. Great to make ahead/meal prep and keep in your fridge!


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup almond milk or protein drink (like Premier Protein)

  • 1/3 cup strawberry or vanilla yogurt ( I like Greek for extra protein)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

  1. combine ingredients in a Tupperware container or jar.

  2. mix until well combined

  3. place in fridge overnight
