Raspberry Chia Jam (2 ingredients)

So easy to make with only two ingredients and, with less sugar and additives than your typical jam!


  • 6oz fresh raspberries

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds


  1. mash raspberries with a fork

  2. add mashed raspberries to a small pot and bring to a boil over medium heat

  3. boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly

  4. add chia seeds, stir until thoroughly mixed

  5. set aside to cool
