Orange Creamsicle Protein Oatmeal

A fun spring/summertime breakfast! Easily modified for any flavor you choose and high in protein! I love protein oatmeal as a breakfast before a workout.


- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1 cup water, milk, or plant based milk

- 2 drops orange extract

- 1/4 c Greek yogurt

- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder


1. mix oats and water/milk in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes

2. stir in protein and orange extract

3. top with yogurt

optional toppings: Sliced orange, orange zest, chia seeds, crunchy cereal, granola and/or nut butter. Make it your own!
