This is an extremely simple and high protein side dish. I love to pair this with sushi!
3 cups water
2 tablespoons miso paste
½ nori sheet
½ + ¼ cup cubed tofu
½ cup chopped green onion
measure water and pour into a small pot and place on medium heat.
add miso paste to water and whisk until combined
cube tofu and add to soup
slice green onions and add to soup
using clean kitchen scissors, cut nori into square pieces and add to soup
heat until desired serving temperature.
