Lemon Garlic Shrimp Zoodles

A fun, lower carb recipe and perfect for the summer season!


  • 1 zucchini

  • 6 oz petite shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 2 lemons

  • 2 tablespoons liquid aminos (or soy sauce)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • 3 green onions

  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. thaw and detail shrimp

  2. spiralize zucchini

  3. add shrimp to a frying pan over medium heat

  4. add the zest of juice of both lemons, ginger, liquid aminos/soy sauce, garlic, and honey

  5. cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp is as seared as you would like.

  6. chip green onions and add to pan

  7. add spiralized zucchini

  8. cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until zucchini noodles are as softened as you prefer
