High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

What could be better than a strawberry cheesecake that doesn't leave you feeling weighted down and sluggish?



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup sliced frozen bananas

  • 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or preferred alternative)


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  2. process until smooth

  3. optional: serve topped with fruit, granola, or chia seeds
