High Protein Naan Bread

This recipe is super simple and only uses two ingredients!

This recipe can be easily multiplied to make more servings. I designed it as a single serve recipe I am typically cooking for myself as I am a college student living on my own. I did however make a larger batch of this recipe for my family and it was a crowd favorite for sure!

Ingredients:

- 1/2 serving of plain Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)

- 1/4 cup cassava flour (this can be substituted for regular flour. I also tried it with a gluten free flour and it worked great!)

optional but recommended: this bread is amazing if you add some seasonings to the dough. I recommend a sprinkling of garlic salt, rosemary and tarragon.

Directions:

  1. combine yogurt and flour and mix until a ball of dough is formed

  2. heat a pan on the stove top and lightly spray with a non stick spray

  3. If using single serving size, split dough into two pieces. For a larger batch, split into 1 1/2 inch size balls

  4. lightly flour clean counter space and roll out dough into flat circles

  5. place naan into heated pan and cook until lightly browned then flip bread over

  6. cook other side until browned and remove from pan
