Cajun Breaded Tilapia & Two Ingredient Dill Sauce
This recipe is deceptively simple and so delicious! I prefer to make this in an air fryer but it is just as easy to bake in the oven.

Ingredients:
2 Tilapia Fillets
¼ cup almond flour
½ cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
¼ cup plain yogurt (regular, greek or almond)
1 teaspoon dill
For oven Directions:
1 small onion
Directions:
in a bowl, combine almond flour, bread crumbs, and Cajun seasoning. Mix to combine
thaw Tilapia under hot water
coat fish with bread crumb mixture
Air Fryer Directions:
place breaded fillet into the basket of an air fryer
cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until outside is crisp while the inside is flaky and fully cooked
Oven Directions:
Slice onion into rings, place rings across the bottom of a baking tray or glass baking dish
place breaded fillets on top of onion rings
bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is thoroughly cooked and flakey and breading is browned.
Two Ingredient Dill Sauce Directions:
in a small bowl, combine yogurt and dill. Stir to combine
add water to yogurt mix until it has reached your desired thickness (a regular yogurt may be fine as is while a greek yogurt will likely be too thick without water)
