5 Ingredient Everything Protein Bagels
2 ingredients and it couldn't be easier to make!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour (i used a gluten free flour substitute)
1 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
1 egg white
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
in a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, salt, and flour
mix until a moldable dough forms
divide into 6 portions
roll each portion into a ball
roll each ball into a 4 inch length of dough
connect the ends of the dough to form a loop
place each bagel onto a cookie sheet sprayed with non stick spray
brush each bagel with egg whites and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning
bake for 30 minutes and allow to fully cool before slicing
