5 Ingredient Everything Protein Bagels

2 ingredients and it couldn't be easier to make!


  • 1 1/2 cup flour (i used a gluten free flour substitute)

  • 1 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

  • 1 egg white


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. in a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, salt, and flour

  3. mix until a moldable dough forms

  4. divide into 6 portions

  5. roll each portion into a ball

  6. roll each ball into a 4 inch length of dough

  7. connect the ends of the dough to form a loop

  8. place each bagel onto a cookie sheet sprayed with non stick spray

  9. brush each bagel with egg whites and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning

  10. bake for 30 minutes and allow to fully cool before slicing
