3 ingredient Artichoke Dip

Low calorie, high protein, and super simple to make


  • 1 16 oz container of lowfat cottage cheese

  • 1 14oz can artichoke hearts

  • 2 1/2 cups spinach


  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder


  1. place spinach into a pan or pot with a lid

  2. add 1 tablespoon of water to pan and cover with a lid

  3. place over medium heat until spinach is wilted

  4. in a food processor, combine cottage cheese, artichokes and seasonings

  5. process until smooth

  6. add spinach and process a few seconds more (until spinach is as fine and incorporated as desired)
